Every fan is 100% hand crafted from the purest Korean PBT material, keeping them untouched by harmful chemicals so they hold a superior bond with adhesive and retain their natural darkness and curl without breakage. All trays are Deco curl, mixed lengths 9mm–15mm, with the same slim pinched base and soft, flexible feel as every Cilia tray.
