RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Returns – (Change of mind):
- We understand that mistakes happen & whilst we can’t offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ we are happy to offer you a Cilia online store credit.
- To be eligible for a return/credit, you must advise us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- The items must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition.
- A store Credit will be issued to allow you to easily purchase an alternative item.
Returns procedure:
- Please send us a message on the 'contact us' page or an email to info@cilialashes.com.au with the subject 'Returns'.
- Provide proof of purchase, such as confirmation email or order number along with a picture of the product and reason for the return.
- Shipping will be at your cost.
- In the unusual event that an item you have received is faulty or not as ordered, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.
- Please send a message on our contact us page or an email to info@cilialashes.com.au with the subject 'Faulty'.
- Provide proof of purchase, such as confirmation email showing order number along with a picture of the fault or goods sent in error.
- Cilia Lashes will provide a replacement of the item.
