How to use:

Twirl Spoolie Brush gently into the Cilia Brow Soap

Apply on clean brows, Brush through the brow in a upwards direction and gently press down as you go

Keep brushing them in the desired direction as they set. For an extra hold, use the other end of brush, press to lay the brow hairs down flat
